With almost 30 years of experience in the fitness and wellness industry, I bring a deep passion for movement, health, and helping people feel their absolute best. I’m a certified personal trainer and yoga instructor, and I hold a Master’s degree in Nutrition. Whether I’m leading a high-energy group class or working one-on-one, my mission is the same: to support, challenge, and empower you to reach your goals.
I’m also certified in HIIT, progressive bodyweight training, Animal Flow, kettlebell training, and EMS (electro muscle stimulation) training. CPR and AED certified, I always prioritize your safety first.
My coaching style is high-energy, encouraging, and fully tailored to your unique needs. I’m here to guide you with empathy, push you just the right amount, and help you get where you want to go—fast, and sustainably.
My sessions are fun, dynamic, and designed to leave you feeling strong, confident, and energized—ready to take on life with a fresh sense of vitality.
