Taking a few simple steps to care for your EMS suit will help extend its lifespan and ensure optimal performance. While the suit is expertly crafted to withstand consistent, high-intensity workouts, it includes precision hardware that should be handled with care. Improper handling may cause components to loosen, which can lead to reduced or uneven stimulation in certain areas.
limited to no stimulus in one or more areas.

Please follow the care guidelines below to maintain the quality and effectiveness of your suit. With proper care and average use (2–3 sessions per week), your EMS suit is expected to last approximately 12 to 18 months.

When putting on your suit, avoid pulling on any areas that contain wires. Instead, lift the suit using the Lycra fabric or place your hands inside the suit to gently guide it up over your body. No gels or lotions are required—just you and the suit. Since the suit is not intended to be washed after every workout, we recommend wearing thin, wire-free undergarments underneath for comfort and longevity.
To remove your suit, gently pull it down, turning it inside out as you go. Hang the suit inside out and allow it to dry completely before storing. Washing is not necessary after every use; most people can go 3–4 workouts between washes, depending on perspiration. Washing less frequently will help extend the lifespan of your suit.
To wash your suit, make sure it is right side out and fully zipped. If needed, pre-treat any odor-prone areas, such as the armpits. Secure the Velcro over the battery holder, then fold the suit and place it inside the provided mesh bag. Wash in cold water on a delicate cycle with low spin. Never place your suit in the dryer. Hang to dry. Turning the suit inside out may help it dry faster, but is not required.
