Who’s in your Fit Squad?
NOTE: All group workouts are a single, 60-minute session in which your squad workouts out together. Every participant will do the same workout, so should be similar fitness levels (modifications are possible, but not completely different exercises). Workouts include: beginner to intermediate vinyasa yoga, HIIT, circuit style training, or EMS.
