What is Concierge Fitness?
Concierge Fitness is personal training designed for individuals who have limited time yet need to establish or maintain the highest physical fitness. Clients include high powered business executives, celebrities, housewives, athletes and more. Anyone who prefers the convenience and privacy of their trainer coming to their home gym or office instead of a public gym will love Stimulux Concierge Fitness.
How does Concierge Fitness work?
The first step is filling out the confidential medical history form which will ensure a safe and effective training program is developed for you to help you meet your goals in the shortest amount of time possible. When you book your first session you will be prompted to complete this form.
What areas of Los Angeles do you serve?
In order to provide the best possible customer experience my service area is limited to the following: Beverly Hills, Century City, Culver City, Koreatown, Westwood, Brentwood, West Hollywood, Bel Air, etc. Depending on the service address appointment time a travel fee may be added. You will be notified of this in advance.
Is Concierge Fitness safe?
Relevant medical history is necessary in order for a safe and effective training program to be developed for anyone and is required before your appointment. That information combined with several certifications, a bachelor’s and master’s in science, current CPR/AED certification as well as almost three decades of dedicated work experience ranging from training professional athletes to the sick, elderly population has given your trainer the expert knowledge needed to get you where you want to be, safely.
What do I need to get started?
You don’t need anything to start your Concierge Fitness program so long as you are in good physical health. Most of my clients have private gyms at their homes, but it is not necessary. I have several recommendations if you’d like to start building your home gym or fitness room, but if you have absolutely nothing to work with, no worries! I can give you a fantastic workout with a few items I bring to you! For those with limited space and equipment EMS training would be an excellent option as you can get optimal workouts with out the need for heavy, bulky equipment and your entire workout can be performed within a small space.
